ISO 9001 Quality Management System Internal Auditor Training

ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training

"Discover Your System Before the External Auditor. Manage Improvement, Not Errors!"

Internal auditing is not a formality; it is your company's self-improvement mechanism. At FMD Quality, we transform your employees from those who conduct audits out of "friendship" into impartial, inquisitive, and professional Internal Auditors. Don't be afraid of audits, manage them!

Training Objective: Professional Inquiry Competence

The aim of this training is to train internal auditors who are fully compliant with ISO 19011 (Management Systems Auditing Guidelines) standards. We equip participants with the skills to plan audits, collect objective evidence, ask the right questions, and report blockages (nonconformities) in the system to management to provide solutions.

The FMD Difference: We don't have "pretend" audits. Through live audit simulations in training, we transform participants into true "system referees."

Who Should Become a "System Referee"?

  • Internal Auditor Candidates: All personnel who will be involved in internal audits.
  • Quality Representatives: Those who want to flawlessly prepare their system for external audits (TÜRKAK, etc.).
  • Department Managers: Leaders who want to analyze their own processes from an auditor's perspective.
  • Development-Oriented Employees: Those who want to add the title of "Certified Internal Auditor" to their career.
