Training Objective: Professional Inquiry Competence
The aim of this training is to train internal auditors who are fully compliant with ISO 19011 (Management Systems Auditing Guidelines) standards. We equip participants with the skills to plan audits, collect objective evidence, ask the right questions, and report blockages (nonconformities) in the system to management to provide solutions.

- Audit Preparation and Planning: Creating an audit plan and preparing strategic question lists.
- Audit Implementation (Opening-Field-Closing):
- Establishing authority in the opening meeting.
- Sampling techniques and objective evidence gathering.
- Managing difficult-to-audit individuals and situations.
- Nonconformity Management and Reporting:
- Don't just find errors, turn them into opportunities for improvement.
- How do we use the PDCA cycle in auditing?
- Tracking and verifying corrective actions.
- Examination and Evaluation: Measuring what has been learned through a real-world scenario.
